Associate/ Project Director

We are on the lookout for a qualified Architect based in our Guildford Studio to work with us on a variety of exciting projects. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your passion for design, together with your co-ordination, innovation and technical expertise to deliver great projects which not only exceed our clients’ expectations but also reflect our vision and values.

We work collaboratively, with all of our projects benefiting from the invaluable experience and enthusiasm that our accumulated knowledge brings.

We are looking for an Associate or Project Director who is driven and proactive, with an open and inquisitive mind-set and a concern for quality.

Your skills

• Design focused Architect with excellent all-round delivery experience
• Revit is Essential and a high level of CAD skill.
• Good knowledge of NBS specification systems
• Highly computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office
• Skilled presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills

Your Qualifications and Expereince

• RIBA or ARB registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations;
• Defence and / or Security sector experience
• Holds (or is eligible to hold) UK security clearances (s)
• Proven experience in running a variety of projects, across different building typologies, at varied complexity levels, simultaneously and at all stages
• Working knowledge of a mix of construction types, including MMC experience
• Clear understanding of town planning procedures
