The Scott Brownrigg-designed modern office building, 5 Foundation Park has completed. The new building introduces 66,575 sq ft of net lettable area to the Maidenhead business park.

Designed for J.P. Morgan Asset Management [JPMAM], our three-storey office design incorporates a full height atrium that brings natural light deep into its core. Further design features include a rhythmic façade that is clad with bronze coloured, anodized aluminium. A full height glazed second floor takes full advantage of the countryside location. On the North East and North West corners of the building, two balconies look out over the adjacent fields and add differentiation to the second storey.

The client has spent three years investing in improved amenities, including the introduction of a shuttle bus to and from Maidenhead train station, on-site fitness classes and a café. Supporting this, our design for the BREEAM Very Good building ensures a flexible core layout, which is highly efficient and offers a net to gross area ratio of 86%.
