Scott Brownrigg have promoted Financial Director, Ilze Williamson to the Strategic Board in the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Ilze, who joined us in challenging times at the beginning of 2020, has become an invaluable part of the leadership team at Scott Brownrigg. Her promotion to the Strategic Board reflects the positive impact she has made to the business, which has included an overhaul of all financial processing systems. Working with the Board, she has recently assisted in seamlessly transitioning the business to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).  As part of the transition, Ilze also now sits on the EOT Trust Board.

Ilze believes in making finance relevant and understandable to all across the business, with the ability to rationally communicate and present often very difficult concepts. As well as continuing to have overall control and responsibility for the financial aspects of our company strategy and implementation, Ilze’s work with both the Strategic and EOT Boards will be fundamental to the future success and direction of Scott Brownrigg.
