Our US operating arm Crown Architecture and Consulting has appointed Julio Villavicencio as its new Executive Director, Client & Project Management.

With more than 25 years of experience in corporate real estate and project management, Julio brings a wealth of expertise in development leadership and project execution to this key role within the firm.

In his new position, Julio will lead Crown Architecture and Consulting’s client and project management initiatives, enhancing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects. With a career spanning prominent roles at Cushman & Wakefield, JP Morgan Chase, and Jones Lang LaSalle, he has a proven track record in expanding teams, scaling revenue, and delivering award-winning client value.

Before joining Crown, Julio served as Market Lead at Cushman & Wakefield, where he doubled the project management team and revenue in New Jersey. As Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase, he led the design and construction of the Americas South region, overseeing a portfolio of 10 million square feet of commercial space and a substantial capital budget. His experience also includes building and managing long-term client accounts across multiple sectors, from corporate and retail to healthcare, education, and hospitality.

Julio holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional. His contributions to the industry have been recognized with multiple honors, including the prestigious 'Top Gun' award at Jones Lang LaSalle for outstanding business development.
