Designed by our Singapore studio, the newly complete 150-bed Luxury retreat Bay Resort Hoi An is nestled on the banks of Hoai River and overlooks the UNESCO world heritage town Hoi An. The scheme also includes high quality landscaped public spaces, a bar and restaurant, fitness suite, pool and spa.

A blend between traditional architecture and contemporary interior design, the scheme reaches a maximum of three stories high, with pitched terracotta roofs and traditionally detailed facades similar to a traditional Vietnamese house, designed to respond to the rich character of Hoi An ancient town.

The main lobby, all-day dining restaurant and pool is positioned centrally within the scheme, providing guests with direct access onto a lotus jetty pontoon that stretches onto the river.

Accommodation is staggered to optimise views of, and to integrate into, the local landscape. Contemporary guestrooms, suites, and residential villas benefit from natural and light interiors, with each room featuring a balcony that overlooks the river or ancient town.
