Beni joined in 2014, initially working for Scott Brownrigg, before moving to Design Delivery Unit where she has led a number of high end residential schemes. Her focus is on project efficiencies and multidisciplinary collaboration as to how we operate and deliver better designed, commercially successful developments.

An energetic advocate for change within architectural education and better support for future generations of architects, Beni has helped set up Architectural Apprenticeships, regularly chairs RIBA validation boards for schools of architecture in the UK and abroad, and is a member of the RIBA Education Development group. She also sits on London South Bank University’s Architecture Advisory Board and is one of the founding board members of the Young Architects and Developers Alliance (YADA), championing stories of collaborative project teams, new working methodologies and drivers of business success within the construction industry.
