Erika leads the practices Defence and Security sector, providing architectural leadership and senior project management for the design and master planning across multiple projects in the Defence & Security sector.

She has demonstrated that she can carry the design vision of major infrastructure projects with integrity from concept to completion. She is skilled in delivering well designed, quality buildings that effectively serve their occupants, and contribute to the context of the built environment as a whole. She enjoys working effectively and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in complex project teams. She has built dedicated teams around her to deliver design solutions, leading teams of up to 35 staff cross office, and has extensive experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment. Erika has gained a reputation for having clear strategic thinking coupled with an eye for detail.

Erika has extensive defence experience, having led the design of Project Allenby/Connaught, one of the UK’s largest service delivery and building construction PFI programmes. Covering a total of 575 hectares, the project has enhanced living facilities for 18,000 military and civilian personnel across four garrisons. The scheme has won numerous Sustainability Awards. She has developed excellent insight into the needs of delivering large scale infrastructure projects on time and on budget whilst ensuring complete client satisfaction from initial consultation through handover and beyond.
