Fernando joined Scott Brownrigg in 2014 and is based in the Guildford office. He has extensive cross-sector experience and knowledge and has lead complex masterplanning, education, mixed-use, regeneration and residential projects, managing design teams and external consultants. Fernando has played a leading role in the design and delivery of a number of high profile schemes including Kidderpore Avenue, London and is also a BIM and Revit Champion at Scott Brownrigg. His current projects include a 1,400 homes masterplan in Cambridge, a high-rise residential regeneration scheme in London and a large mixed-use regeneration project in Reading.
