With a career spanning prominent roles at Cushman & Wakefield, JP Morgan Chase, and Jones Lang LaSalle, he has a wealth of expertise across a range of sectors, including corporate, development, healthcare, higher education, retail, industrial and hospitality, and a proven track record in expanding teams, scaling revenue, and delivering award-winning client value.
 
Julio holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
