Tavistock Station
To develop the early engineering concept scheme through to construction phase, support during construction and close out and handover. Constructed below Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, the new station will feature four fully accessible public entrances, inclusive routes down to two platforms, and will serve Serangoon Gardens, Teck Ghee and Ang Mo Kio.
The 'Park Connected' concept links local parks and greened areas at the extents of the station’s reach through its 300m long below-ground concourse and platform, significantly improving access for residents, workers and students in the area.
Tavistock Station is designed to achieve Green Mark Platinum, which requires minimum 30% energy savings, integration of landscape and waterscape, solar energy feasibility, and sustainable construction practices.
