She has a broad knowledge of quality high rise, hospitality, residential, commercial and retail design which also makes her an exceptional team leader in such complex mixed use developments and intricate comprehensive Masterplans. Marian has been intricate member of the team in securing multiple project bids in the Philippines and Vietnam.
