Our design will significantly improve the appearance of the building. An additional floor, and complete reworking of the external envelope, will give a dramatic contemporary exterior and provide modern office suites that meet current occupier requirements to include: IT upgrades, tenant facilities such as café, gym, break out area and additional amenity space.
The building is positioned amid a mature landscape and with an adjacent lake. The scheme therefore provides notable improvements to lake views whilst rooftop terraces enhance the setting of the building and the experience of its occupants.
The approved scheme will result in a highly energy efficient office, with an improved public realm, better accessibility and a considerable increase in cycle parking.
