We have always been employee owned. However the end of 2021 heralded a new era in our ownership structure as we transitioned from an Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). A major milestone in our 112-year history, which has seen the practice evolve from a Partnership, to a Limited Company.

Our transition to an Employee Ownership Trust has provided the opportunity for all of our employees to participate in creating something of value and experience true ownership. Succession planning and providing the opportunity for all to contribute, progress and succeed is central to the future of our business.
